After the patient affirmatively agrees, WHOLE DENTAL DESIGN staff records the patient's consent in the patient's account.

“WHOLE DENTAL DESIGN can send you text messages regarding your appointments, including scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and other patient-care communications. Message frequency varies. The patient must affirmatively agree before being enrolled to receive SMS communications.
