Email and text messages can be intercepted and for this reason, Whole Dental Design LLC does not communicate personal health information through this method. Whole Dental Design LLC will never ask for account information, credit card numbers, or personal information via email or text message. If you think you may have received a suspicious email or text from Whole Dental Design LLC, please contact us immediately.

Email Appointment Confirmations

By enrolling in email appointment confirmations, you may receive non-appointment related emails throughout the course of your subscription with Whole Dental Design LLC. Emails may include special offers for your specific location or alerts notifying you about important office news and events.

At this time, if you subscribe to receive email appointment confirmations, you automatically are subscribed to receive any marketing-related email. We promise that we will not spam your account with unnecessary emails, nor will we sell your information to a third party.

Important Notice Regarding Email and Text Communications

Email and text messaging may not always be secure. For this reason, WHOLE DENTAL DESIGN limits the sensitive health and financial information communicated through standard email and SMS. Text messages may be used for appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, office information, account-related communications, and other patient-care communications.

WHOLE DENTAL DESIGN will never request passwords, full credit card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive information through an unsolicited email or text message.

If you receive a suspicious email or text message claiming to be from WHOLE DENTAL DESIGN, please contact our office directly.

SMS Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in text messaging communications, you authorize WHOLE DENTAL DESIGN to send text messages to the mobile phone number you provide for:

Appointment scheduling
Appointment confirmations
Appointment reminders
Account-related information
Office location information
Other patient-care communications

Providing a mobile phone number alone does not constitute consent to receive SMS messages. Patients are enrolled in SMS communications only after providing affirmative consent to receive text messages from WHOLE DENTAL DESIGN.

You understand that message frequency may vary depending on your appointments, inquiries, and communications with our office. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not a condition of receiving dental treatment or purchasing any product or service from WHOLE DENTAL DESIGN. You also understand that individuals associated with your account may receive communications that reference the account guarantor and/or dependents when appropriate for appointment coordination or patient-care purposes. By participating in WHOLE DENTAL DESIGN's SMS program, you represent that you are authorized to use the mobile phone number provided and, when applicable, are authorized to receive communications related to the patient account. WHOLE DENTAL DESIGN offers text messaging to patients and prospective patients for appointment scheduling, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, patient-care communications, account-related information, office location information, and other non-promotional customer-care purposes. Data obtained in connection with the SMS program may include your name, mobile phone number, appointment dates and times, office location, account information, and other information reasonably necessary to provide the requested communication services. SMS delivery is dependent on wireless carriers, telecommunications networks, and mobile devices. WHOLE DENTAL DESIGN is not responsible for delays, transmission failures, or other delivery issues that are outside of its reasonable control.

SMS Consent – Verbal Opt-In Process

WHOLE DENTAL DESIGN staff uses the following verbal consent script: “WHOLE DENTAL DESIGN can send you text messages regarding your appointments, including scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and other patient-care communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of receiving dental treatment. Do you agree to receive these text messages?” The patient must affirmatively agree before being enrolled to receive SMS communications. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of receiving dental treatment or purchasing any product or service.

Wireless Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability of SMS services may vary depending on the patient's mobile device, wireless carrier, network coverage, and other factors outside the control of WHOLE DENTAL DESIGN.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or otherwise legally authorized to consent to receive communications associated with the applicable patient account. By enrolling in the SMS program, you represent that you are the authorized user of the mobile phone number provided or otherwise have permission to receive communications at that number.

Changes to Mobile Number

If you change, deactivate, transfer, or otherwise stop using the mobile phone number enrolled in the SMS program, you are responsible for notifying WHOLE DENTAL DESIGN so that your contact information can be updated.

Changes to SMS Terms

WHOLE DENTAL DESIGN may modify these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, operational requirements, carrier requirements, applicable laws, or regulations. Updated terms will be posted on the WHOLE DENTAL DESIGN website. Your continued participation in the SMS program following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, subject to applicable law. You may discontinue participation at any time by replying STOP.

Suspension or Termination of SMS Services

WHOLE DENTAL DESIGN reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate SMS messaging services when necessary to comply with applicable laws, carrier requirements, platform requirements, security considerations, or operational needs. SMS services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. WHOLE DENTAL DESIGN does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery of SMS messages.
